Tessa is a former Vice President of Revenue Operations at ZoomInfo, where she led global revenue operations and transformation initiatives. Prior to ZoomInfo, she spent nearly a decade at Salesforce and Tableau leading strategy, operations, and large-scale business transformation.

After nearly 15 years helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, and operational change from the inside, she founded watercourse AI to build a different kind of consulting firm. One led by experienced operators who understand the realities of enterprise transformation and believe lasting AI success starts with redesigning how organizations operate.
